Dhar Player Copyright and Abuse Reporting

Dhar Player is independent media-player software. It does not provide, sell, host or distribute channels, playlists or audiovisual content. Users may connect only sources they own or are legally authorised to access.

To report suspected infringement or abuse connected with a Dhar Player-controlled licence or pairing, email contact@dharplayer.co.uk with the subject Dhar Player copyright report.

Include

• your name, organisation, authority and contact details;
• identification of the protected work or abuse category;
• the specific Dhar Player-controlled location, licence or pairing involved, if known;
• a clear explanation of the alleged infringement or abuse;
• a good-faith statement and accuracy statement required by applicable law; and
• an electronic signature where required.

Do not publish or send playlist passwords, full access tokens, payment-card details or unrelated customer information. If a playlist URL is essential, first request a secure submission method.

We assess reports on their facts and applicable law. A proportionate response may include requesting information, revoking credentials, unlinking a source, suspending a licence, preserving necessary evidence or referring the matter to a competent authority.
