Dhar Player is independent media-player software. It does not provide channels, playlists or audiovisual content.

Before contacting support

• Confirm that the device and app are online.
• Refresh the playlist from Settings → Playlists.
• Confirm that the playlist is your own or that you are legally authorised to use it.
• Never publish or send the full playlist URL, password or token in an ordinary support message.

What to include

• device platform and model;
• Dhar Player app version;
• Virtual MAC only when needed to locate the pairing;
• order/licence reference where relevant;
• approximate time of the issue; and
• a description or screenshot that does not expose credentials or private content.

Support does not supply, repair or replace third-party playlists. We can assist with Dhar Player activation, pairing, interface and playback compatibility.
